ya im gonna try this too lol doesnt look to hard. try to balence out my arms and stomach cause i can do about 30 push ups now and if u lose some weight shit i could do tons

Day 2:

I don't feel as poor as I did yesterday after commencing the exercise and I can actually feel the muscles in my abdomen. Thus far I'd say it works, but this is only day two.

Btw, are my legs just weak or does the first excersice train your legs too? XD
my guess is you will feel the crunches horribly on your third day too xD.

Yes, the first exercise kills the legs too, so we're both either incredibly weak or they just expect that everyone is He-Man.

Btw, do you do them at the same time everyday? I usually do them around 22:00

Good news for you Iron, 4th day hurts MUCH less, you won't feel it as much during daytime too, just the bit tired feeling in your tummeh, but not much more.

Seems the reverse of what I have, I seem to be immune to the leg exercise, my tummeh just wont hurt from that one O_o, I think I'm going to try doing the leg exersice with compeltely straight legs now, to see wether that works better. I'll post a new pic too later on.

Btw, this also suddenly reminded me of your Ermac photoshop Iron XD Kinda like a before and after pic lol.

OK I'm a failure.

I'm giving up on this because quite frankly I don't need it. I'm already losing weight from eating less and playing hardcore thrash metal and Rock Band AND working.
