so, whats everyones expectations on this album? bad? good? me personally im not getting my hopes up and im going to download this one before i buy it (if its any good ofc) , i learned my lesson with st. anger

St. Anger is their worst album, but it's still great.

The new album sounds like (from the Mission Metallica clips) a blend of everything but Kill 'Em All. There's some Load/Reload blues in there, some complicated time signatures, a lot of harmony, solos, extreme riffage, etc.

It looks cool.

but seriously why death magnetic? surely death magnet would be a bit more snappier and rememberable or was the whole d and c symmatry thing THE most important aspect of the title

I think demagnetized sounds cooler.
