NEW ACCOUNT: Restricted Empty NEW ACCOUNT: Restricted

I have made a new account type, it's simply called "RESTRICTED".
In this account, a user can only view a few of the forums. Later, I will make another called "SUPER RESTRICTED" there, a user can only view and post in off topic.
This is an effort by me to decrease the amount of bans here. (Which will probably come from the HAT3RZ forum)
So yeah, have a greaaaaat DAAAAAYYY!!!

You shouldve set the super restricted to the music section or something like that, no-one posts there anyways.
